Best Goal EVER!

Well folks, the title says it all. On Wednesday, Barcelona played against Getafe in the King's Cup quarter final. They won with a 5-2 score. I must say, Messi's first goal is the best goal I have ever seen. Its unbelievable. He beat 6 players and ran from the midfield. The clip I provided is in Arabic so it is great.

It was a fantastic battle when me and peter beat 2 hard computers in 21 min. In the begining i was kinda slow but i caught on. it was funny because we kept putting outposts more into their base and kept doing a pattern sonic emiter outpost sonic emiter outpost and so on. ya but at the end we used an ion cannon and demolisher purple as for pink peter got it by himself. ya the angels will sing about this glorios battle and many have fought some have DIED but we won YEE HAW

Halo 3 Beta Revealed

For those lucky gamers who managed to nab themselves a Halo 3 beta key over the last couple of months, the wait is almost over to test-drive the new first-person shooter. The multiplayer beta will be going live on May 16 on Xbox Live globally, Microsoft announced today.

The announcement also scotched rumours that there would be two different beta start dates for those who had got their beta keys either through the Rule of Three promotion or through purchasing a specially marked copy of Crackdown. Access to the beta will be rolled out simultaneously worldwide at 1 p.m. GMT (5 a.m. PDT) on May 16, and will end on June 7 at 7:59 a.m. GMT (June 6 at 11:59 p.m. PDT). Those who have not yet obtained a Halo 3 beta key can still sign up by buying a copy of the Xbox 360 game Crackdown.

There will be three maps available to play--Snowbound, High Ground, and Valhalla--which will "represent a mixture of large- and medium-scale combat environments." New vehicles will include the nimble Mongoose all-terrain vehicle, and new weapons will be available, such as the "new and improved" Assault Rifle, the Brute Spiker, the Spartan Laser, and Spike Grenades.

YEEE! Wain rah ill Tiberium!?

It was a glorious battle! Me (Peter) and Jonny boy versus 2 random people on the internet! Jonny had a rough beginning but he made it through! I used an excellent strategy I must say! I was GDI and wanted to cripple my enemies economy! I just set up some sonic emitters and force fired on their tiberium! 2 shots and a group of crystals is destroyed! Since sonic emitters travel a long way, 2 shots can clear 5 or 6 groups of crystals! That alone is more tiberium it cost me to build the sonic emitters! Jonny executed some Schweitzer maneuvers and quickly killed his enemy, while mine was out of money and gave up too! IT WAS A GLORIOUS BATTLE! MANY SONGS WILL BE SUNG ABOUT THIS ONE!

Real Madrid Pushes Higher!

It was a rainy crummy day in the Bernabéu Stadium in Madrid this Easter Sunday. But the whites have pulled through with a 2-0 victory over Osasuna. The first goal came in the 24th minute from the captain Raul. The second goal came in the 80th minute by the up and coming little Brazilian, Robinho. Raul played a very tough game and so did Emerson who must be congratulated on his assist to Raul. They now push their way up the La Liga chart with 54 points, just 1 point away from Sevilla and 2 points away from Barcelona. The clip I have provided displays the amazing goals. Its also in Arabic so it makes the whole experience that much better. Enjoy!

AC Milan WINS!

After watching a disappointing defeat at Barcelona, I settled down to watch the AC Milan game. The sheer brilliance of their win lifted my disappointed spirit. The game was played in the San Siro stadium in Milan. The first goal was scored by Ronaldo in the the 12th minute of play. The second goal came from Gilardino in the 44th minute, and the last goal came from Favalli in the 78th minute. They ended with a 3-1 victory over Empoli. Though he did not score any goals, I give a shout out to Kaka for his wonderful play in midfield and for his drop dead sexiness. I have included a clip that showcases all the magnificent goals.

Come to ME!

As we all know, there has been a drought of good games recently. Gears of War, FFXII, and Zelda TP have come and gone and now we are left waiting for the next slew of games. So I will start with the the next title on the list. It isn't anything to wet you pants over but i guess it will fill the gap before some epic games comes out. Here we have Super Paper Mario. Everyone has played Super Mario and pretty much everyone here has played Paper Mario. So what to you get when you put the two together? Super Paper Mario. It come out next week on April 9th. Next, we have a game we all know very well. Thats right folks, I'm talking about the one and only Pokemon. We've all played the same adventure over and over again, but now we have a new adventure. Here come Pokemon Diamond and Pearl where you can catch them all... again. The release date is set for April 22. I know who can't wait to get their nasty little paws on this game.

And now, the highly anticipated Forza 2. Ever since playing the first game, fans have been craving for a pumped up next-gen looking simulation racer for the Xbox 360. Well, its almost here. No official release date has currently been set, but it is known that the game will launch sometime in May. It is currently set for May 25th in Europe, no word on the U.S. version yet.
There you have it folks, the three most highly anticipated games in the next couple months. There are some other games that are rumored for a summer release, such as Mass effect, Too Human, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but there has been no word on the release dates yet. Knowing the three companies' knack for perfecting games, we probably will see them later this year.

Halo 3

Well looks like I won't be coming to this blog for a long time since the Halo 3 Beta is being released tomorrow. Too bad none of you got in so I'll send real pics tomorrow.

Die you no good Scrin!

It was an epic battle and was fought long and hard! Me (Peter) and my younger, less experienced cousin, Jonathan a.k.a. Jonny Boy were the good guys, GDI, and were against a rogue GDI and a evil Scrin commander! The GDI was a nooby and the Scrin was hoping his rushes would win. Little did they know how good me and Jonny Boy are! The dumb Scrin guy put all his power plants by each other, so me and Jonny EMPd them and sent in our Firehawks! It was GLORIOUS HOW HIS COMMAND CENTER FELL! MANY SONGS WILL BE SUNG ABOUT THIS GLORIOUS BATTLE!

FC Barcelona

This is my first post on Charbel's blog, so I will make it truly memorable. So let me introduce you to the FC Barcelona Squad (pictured below). The manager (coach) of the team is Frank Rijkaard. The strikers of the team (in no particular order) are: Eto'o, Ronaldinho, Messi, Savioloa, Gudjohnson, Giuly, and Ezquerro. The Midfield consists of: Deco, Xavi, Iniesta, Zambrotta, and Motta. The defenders are: Puyol (captain), Marquez, Belletti, Van Bronckhorst, Edmilson, Sylvinho, Oleguer, and Thuram. In goal, we have the one and only Victor Valdez. As of right now, Barcelona is leading the Spanish league with 56 points, 2 points higher than Sevilla. They are preparing to face Real Zaragoza this Saturday. They hope to win the Spanish league, which ends June 7th. They won the Spanish league and the European Champions league last year. There you have it.
